Carbon Black

HAF (N330) and GPF (N660) grades supplied for the rubber industry — engineered for abrasion resistance, resilience and reliable processing.

Grade N330 — HAF

Carbon Black N330

Carbon Black N330 is a High Abrasion Furnace (HAF) grade carbon black, widely used in the rubber industry. It offers an excellent balance of abrasion resistance, tensile strength, and good processability. It is the most popular general-purpose grade, ideal for tire treads, conveyor belts, rubber hoses, and other molded and extruded rubber products where durability and wear resistance are critical.

Key Features

  • High abrasion resistance
  • Good reinforcement
  • Easy dispersion

Grade N660 — GPF

Carbon Black N660

Carbon Black N660 is a General Purpose Furnace (GPF) grade carbon black with moderate reinforcement and high elasticity. Compared to N330, it provides lower hysteresis and better resilience. It is primarily used in tire inner liners, carcass, bead compounds, extruded profiles, and various industrial rubber goods where good processing, low heat build-up, and high elongation are required.

Key Features

  • Low heat build-up
  • Excellent extrusion
  • High resilience
  • Good dynamic properties
